 My name is Brian Burkhart and I've been a pastor for 25 years. During that time I've had the opportunity to take three extended leaves, also known as sabbaticals. The last one in 2011 was a swap with another pastor, and it  was so beneficial that I wanted to share the idea with as many other pastors as possible. I'm hoping this website will be a place for pastors to connect with other pastors who might be interested in a swap, be it for a sabbatical or even just a vacation.
